Dr. Clementine Collett

Clementine holds an undergraduate degree from Oxford University, a Master’s from Cambridge University, and has just completed her doctorate back at Oxford University. Her doctoral research studied how AI recruitment systems are designed in relation to gender bias. She has worked within consulting and business research, authoring reports for universities, consultancies, and agencies such as UNESCO, IADB and OECD. In November, she begins a BRAID fellowship at Cambridge University which will investigate the impact of Generative AI systems on the creative industries.

Adam Vassar

Adam Vassar is the Director of Talent Science at CodeSignal. He holds a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has worked in the talent management industry for 20+ years leveraging assessments and technology for candidate selection, leadership development, team collaboration, and employee engagement.
