What is a credit?

A credit is calculated as an assessment, an AI interview or a live interview started by a candidate. Credits are not calculated based on the amount of assessments, AI interviews, or live interviews sent, but rather when they are started by a candidate. The Build and Grow plans come with a certain amount of available credits, which can be  interchangeably consumed by assessments, AI interviews, or live interviews. You can keep track of your credit usage on your account Billing page.

The Build and Grow plans come with a certain amount of available credits. Once this limit is reached, you can continue consuming on-demand credits, which are charged at $20 per credit. You will be billed for on-demand credits at the next billing cycle. You can keep track of your plan and on-demand credit usage on your account Billing page.
