Data privacy at CodeSignal
CodeSignal has multiple security policy requirements in place to ensure the privacy and protection of customer data in the areas of Information Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, Incident Response Management, Access Management, Network Security, and Physical & Environmental Security. We review and approve these policies annually and consistently align them to industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST) and best practices.
The CodeSignal platform collects candidate information: Candidate First Name, Last Name, email address, and IP address. Only authorized CodeSignal support staff have access to customer information, and our employees complete both information security awareness and data privacy training courses annually.

Additionally, CodeSignal undergoes a SOC2 examination by an independent third party to verify our security and data protection controls annually. The CodeSignal SOC2 report is available to current and prospective customers upon request.
