Mercury Insurance is a long-standing leader in the insurance industry with teams distributed across the US. As the organization continued to modernize its technology stack and expand across a range of data science and engineering roles, the Talent Acquisition team faced two challenges: hiring the right talent with the right skills for their teams, and upskilling engineers and managers to stay current with rapidly evolving technologies—particularly generative AI.
