We asked students about the tech hiring process — Here’s what they want you to know

As a university recruiter, how students feel about your hiring process can determine whether they accept your company’s offer. A Dell Technologies survey of students found that 91 percent say the technology an employer uses would influence them to choose that job over a similar offer. Eighty percent believe technology and automation—like skills-based assessments—will create a more equitable work environment.
