Nextdoor is a platform that focuses on community enablement and connections—and their recruiting team takes these company principles to heart. Nextdoor’s recruiting leaders were looking for a way to enable both new and existing recruiters to tell the story of Nextdoor and engage with candidates effectively—all without practicing on “real calls” or requiring time-intensive role-plays and shadow sessions.
Solution
The recruiting team at Nextdoor was already familiar with CodeSignal from using our Hire suite for their developer hiring. After seeing success, they added CodeSignal Learn to their process to train their recruiters using state-of-the-art conversation simulations powered by AI, which allow recruiters to practice speaking with a wide range of AI candidates in a realistic interview scenario.
Results
Today, Nextdoor has leveled up its recruiters’ ability to tell the story of the company and engage with candidates in a consistent, compelling way. After completing the training on CodeSignal Learn, recruiters report feeling more confident going into interviews with candidates and better able to speak to candidates in a variety of functional areas.
