CodeSignal and Fundación Televisa launch 5,000 scholarships to bring AI-native tech learning to students and entrepreneurs across Mexico

The future of tech is being built by students and entrepreneurs all over the world. But to get a foot in the door, they need access to the right learning and career development opportunities.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with Fundación Televisa, a leader in youth education and empowerment in Latin America. Our new partnership will provide 5,000 full scholarships to students and entrepreneurs across Mexico, giving them access to our AI-native learning platform, CodeSignal Learn, and the chance to build in-demand tech skills.

Building the skills of the future

Students who participate in this program will receive guided practice in Python, SQL, data handling, problem-solving, and GenAI literacy, gaining exposure to the skills most in demand by employers in Mexico and globally. Cosmo, our built-in AI assistant and tutor, helps learners stay motivated, troubleshoot challenges, and develop independent learning strategies.

A commitment to equity

By partnering with Fundación Televisa and making our AI-native learning experiences accessible to those who need it most, we at CodeSignal are working to develop technical talent in every corner of Mexico with tools that truly prepare learners for the future of work.

The program will launch in Fall 2025 with an initial cohort of scholarship recipients from Fundación Televisa’s education network. The initiative will engage learners from two cornerstone Fundación Televisa programs: Tecnolochicas, a program dedicated to promoting STEM careers by inspiring young students to learn coding, AI, and computer sciences, and Posible, which focuses on training and supporting entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into solid businesses or grow their companies through comprehensive training, personalized mentoring, and artificial intelligence tools. Stay tuned for updates on our expansion of this program throughout 2026!

This collaboration follows our recent partnership with the AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance, where earlier this year, CodeSignal helped over 20,000 students build job-ready skills in cloud computing, software development, and emerging technologies through live coding competitions held across the globe.
