Typing f, d, j, and k: Which Finger Goes Where

When you type, always keep your fingers on the home row while pressing a key. Always press the key with it's finger that is already on it.

The spacebar is typed with your thumb. Most people use the thumb of their dominant hand (the right thumb for right-handed people, the left thumb for left-handed people). The key is to press the spacebar without moving your other fingers off the home row.
